Key Features & Benefits
-
The full carbon frame and fork deliver outstanding stiffness for power transfer and low weight for climbing.
-
The 2×12 Sensah drivetrain offers a wide and smooth gear range, ideal for both high-speed flats and challenging climbs.
-
Sealed bearing hubs reduce maintenance and help ensure smooth rolling longevity.
-
The Z-Star calipers provide reliable braking performance while maintaining weight efficiency.
-
The aerodynamic design of the semi-aero bar and internally routed cables help reduce drag.
-
Lightweight build (under 9.5 kg) makes it competitive even for ambitious riders and weekend racers.
Usage Instructions & Setup Tips
-
On receipt, inspect frame, fork, wheels, and components for shipping damage.
-
Install the handlebars, stem, seatpost, wheels, pedals, and saddle, following manufacturer torque specs (e.g. 5–6 Nm for cockpit bolts, seatpost clamp per frame spec).
-
Adjust front and rear derailleur limit screws (low and high) and fine-tune cable tension to ensure full range shift accuracy across 12 speeds.
-
Ensure both brake calipers are aligned and the pads do not rub the rim when rotating the wheel.
-
Break in the brakes by performing several moderate stops from 20–30 km/h over the first 20 km.
-
Before each ride, check all bolts (stem, seatpost, calipers), quick releases, and ensure the wheels are secure.
-
After wet or muddy rides, wash the frame with mild soap and water, gently dry, and lubricate the chain and derailleur pivots.
-
Periodically (every 300–500 km) check wheel trueness, bearing smoothness, spoke tension, and cables for stretch or wear.
Precautions & Safety Notes
-
Always wear a helmet, gloves, and protective gear while riding.
-
Inspect the frame, especially carbon areas, for cracks or delamination before each ride.
-
Do not overtighten bolts beyond recommended torque — overtorque may damage carbon threads or components.
-
Avoid direct impact on the frame or wheels (e.g. striking curbs or potholes harshly), which could cause hidden structural damage.
-
Use only components and spare parts (tyres, tubes, brake pads, cables) compatible with the bike’s specs to maintain safety and performance.
-
If any crack or structural damage is detected in carbon parts, discontinue usage immediately and seek professional inspection.
-
Avoid using high-pressure water jets near sealed bearings, bottom bracket or headset to prevent water ingress and premature wear.
