-
The 29-inch wheels roll over obstacles more smoothly and retain momentum on rough trails.
-
Hydraulic disc brakes give dependable stopping power, even on muddy or wet terrain.
-
The 2×9 gearing gives a broad range suitable for climbing and speed sections.
-
Alloy frame keeps weight down while resisting corrosion in Malaysia’s climate.
-
Sealed bearing hubs reduce friction and require less frequent maintenance.
-
100 mm front suspension helps absorb bumps and uneven ground, improving control.
Usage & Instructions
Assembly / Setup
-
On delivery, ensure front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals and brakes are installed and tightened according to torque specs.
-
Adjust saddle height so that your leg has a slight bend when pedal is at the lowest point (not fully locked).
-
Align handlebars with the front wheel, tighten stem bolts securely.
Riding / Shifting
-
Start in a moderate middle gear before adjusting up or down.
-
When shifting, ease pedal pressure slightly to allow smooth transitions without strain.
-
Use front and rear brakes together, modulating pressure rather than grabbing abruptly.
-
On steep climbs, shift to lower gears (larger cogs) to maintain cadence.
Maintenance Tips
-
Clean and lubricate the chain regularly (especially after wet rides).
-
Check tyre pressure often—refer to markings on tyre sidewall (e.g. 30–50 psi or as recommended by manufacturer).
-
Inspect brake pads, rotors, cables (or hydraulic lines) periodically for wear.
-
Check frame, bolts, headset, suspension travel and tightness of components.
-
Replace worn parts (chain, cassette, cables) before they cause damage to surrounding components.
Precautions & Safety Notes
-
Always wear a certified helmet, gloves and reflective/visible clothing when riding—especially in low light or rain.
-
Verify that all quick releases, bolts and clamps are fully secured before starting each ride.
-
Do not exceed the total load capacity (rider + gear).
-
Avoid hitting large obstacles or riding over hard curbs at high speed to prevent damage to rims, fork or frame.
-
If you hear unusual noises, feel looseness in steering or frame, or experience brake or gear failure, stop riding immediately and have the bike inspected.
-
Store the bike in a dry, shaded environment when not in use; prolonged exposure to sun, humidity or salt air may degrade components faster.
