Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals
Please note: we do not accept returns for items that are used, damaged due to misuse, missing parts not caused by our error, or returned beyond the 30-day period.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Helmets and protective gear (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Inner tubes, tires, lubricants, and cleaning products
- Tools or repair kits that have been used
- Any items sold as clearance or promotional stock
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a set number of business days.
- Refunds are issued for the item cost only (excluding any shipping or return fees).
- If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
- For large or oversized items, we may first offer replacement parts or professional repair before approving a full exchange or return.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.
Shipping Policy
- All orders include FREE standard shipping within Malaysia.
- Oversized items may require longer delivery times due to special handling.
- We do not provide overnight or express delivery.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details and accessibility for large-item deliveries (e.g., apartment buildings without lifts).

General Return Conditions:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been packed or shipped.
